Job Overview

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand goals.
  • Develop an annual sponsorship calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Build business cases for sponsorships, including target audience insights, ROI projections, and cost analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure maximum value and brand visibility.
  • Oversee the delivery of sponsorships from briefing to event presence.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Develop post-event reports, measure performance, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • A marketing professional with 5+ years' experience in trade marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships.
  • Proven track record managing external sponsorships and activations that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional organisational ability.
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Able to balance stakeholder needs with strategic agility.
  • Confident managing vendor relationships, activation teams, and live event logistics.
