Nursing and Midwifery Graduate Career Path

**Career Opportunity:** We are seeking dedicated and compassionate graduates to join our nursing and midwifery program.
The program is designed to support graduates as they transition from student to registered nurse/midwife within a supportive and welcoming environment. The aim is to promote educational opportunities and consolidate theoretical and clinical skills.
The comprehensive orientation includes paid professional development days, debriefing sessions supported by a dedicated learning team. Upon successful completion, you will be presented with a certificate of completion.
Our program includes the following key responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care to those in need
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and patients
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
**Requirements:** To be eligible for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Registration as a Nurse and Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
