We are seeking a midwife to join our team in a graduate role. The successful candidate will have completed their midwifery degree and be committed to improving health outcomes.
Our program offers two pathways for midwives:
- Blended Nursing / Midwifery Stream: This stream combines nursing and midwifery studies, providing graduates with a comprehensive understanding of both disciplines.
- Pure Midwifery Stream: This stream focuses on midwifery studies only, allowing graduates to develop their skills and knowledge in this area.
The graduate will participate in rotations and receive feedback from experienced professionals. We encourage clinical skills development, reflective practice, and a sense of professional identity and accountability.
We support our graduates' development through various initiatives, including study days and regular feedback sessions.
This is an excellent opportunity for midwives to develop their skills and contribute to improving health outcomes.
