Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Management System Administrator to join our team.

This role involves overseeing the effective management and administration of the ELMO Learning Management System (LMS).

The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency, organisational skills, and strong communication abilities to enhance system functionality and promote a culture of learning within the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training Programme Coordination: Organise and deliver a regular program of training for personnel
  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the ELMO Learning Management System to ensure system effectiveness and usability
  • eLearning Course Development: Develop, maintain, and allocate eLearning courses and learning paths
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure program completion compliance in line with business training policy and changing regulatory requirements
  • Reporting and Analytics: Efficiently use Excel to communicate accurate program completion, competency assessment, and training effectiveness statistics in monthly and on request reports
  • Content Creation: Support content creation for training modules in a variety of systems including the Microsoft suite, SharePoint, and Articulate 360
  • Event Planning: Plan and organise all aspects of in-person and online training events methodically with an attention to detail, ensuring logistical details and multiple priorities are handled effectively
