This leading digital bank are embarking on a massive project and need a Digital Administrator to join their fun and fast paced, tech and migration operations, team.

**INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Be part of a new project from pilot and through go live
- You will be responsible for the triaging of tickets
- Be the liaison between customer service dept and technical engineers
- Assist with troubleshooting tasks
- Liaise between various stakeholders

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Experience in Jia, Confluence and O365
- Exposure in a fast paced helpdesk environment
- Experience in similar role triaging tickets
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- A desire to learn and enthusiastic personality
- Experience within a financial services environment is preferable
