- 8+ years in senior management roles with profit-loss responsibility.
- 7+ years customer service and client relationship management experience.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site warehouse operations.
- Experience managing teams of 50+ employees across multiple levels.

- Advanced skills in data analysis, database management, and business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
- Extensive knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs, and logistics regulations.
- Current forklift certification and operational warehouse equipment experience.
- Exceptional people management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to align operations with corporate objectives.
- Advanced project management skills with experience leading large-scale operational initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executive interaction.
