About the Role:

The APS 3 Participant Support Officer will undertake a range of procedural, clerical, administrative support, and operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities.

Key responsibilities include providing counter/reception support for the local office, managing the team's shared inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries, coordinating appointments, and undertaking research and investigation activities.

The position may have a public contact role and may be required to communicate with and provide straightforward advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counter/reception support for the local office.
  • Manage the team's shared inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments with the use of office facilities.
  • Undertake research and investigation activities and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
  • Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure follow-up is completed.
