Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to take on a key position in our organisation, working with information and providing expert advice to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming information and correspondence in accordance with best practice record management principles.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times when accessing broad information across the agency.
  • Provide high-level customer service and advice to internal clients on records management responsibilities and requirements.
  • Process staff requests in accordance with proper and practical records management principles.
Requirements
  • Significant experience managing both physical and digital records is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of records management legislation, principles and practices are essential.
  • Competencies in Electronic Document Records Management Systems (EDRMS) such as HP Records Manager or similar, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are necessary.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including communication, time management, problem solving and organisational skills are also required.
