**About the Role**:
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading the development, growth and implementation of all strategies, policies, procedures, and functions to ensure the highest quality delivery of services across all business areas within the organisation.

Business acumen and the ability to effectively execute strategic and operational deliverables are critical along with the ability to grow the organisation ensuring quality of services is of equal importance.

Our client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer who has strong leadership skills, a commitment on nurturing its people and culture and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the highest level of services is provided. The successful applicant will need to be ethical, innovative and possess a genuine passion and commitment to providing the highest level of services advocacy to the community.

The role is a great opportunity for am experienced leader currently working in the disability, aged care or broader community services sector to step into a Chief Executive Officer role.

**Job Requirements**:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have the following:

- Tertiary qualification in community services, business management or other relevant disciplines
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership/management position in the aged care, disability sector or broader community services sector
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in successfully driving strategic growth, innovation, and income generation activity for the organisation(s) you have worked for
- Proven acumen in business management and development in areas of finance, compliance, human resources, and information technology
