You'll work closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver tailored employment solutions. It's an exciting, challenging, inclusive, and rewarding environment where you'll achieve great outcomes and make a difference together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for job seekers with local employers
  • Support job seekers to identify skills to become career ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance job seekers' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalised career plans for clear career pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willings to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
