Job Title: Registry Services Team Leader

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of client services staff to deliver exceptional registry services to clients, legal practitioners, judicial officers, registrars, family consultants and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-quality registry services by inspiring and guiding your team members towards excellence in service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including the judiciary, legal profession and community groups, through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure seamless transition of responsibilities during periods of change and lead by example in adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on policies and standards, promoting them throughout the organization and ensuring compliance.
Eligibility:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within a legal or public service environment, along with a proven ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Proven relationship management skills, including excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage stress and conflict situations effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, including initiative, time management, and adaptability under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills to provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management.
  • Sound understanding of the public service operating environment, including legislative compliance, probity, and accountability.
