Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites. As a valued member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.">
  • Check in guests efficiently and accurately.">
  • Provide information and answer questions about hotel facilities and services.">
  • Make bookings and reservations as required.">
  • Assist guests during their stay with any requests or issues.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be available to work a 3-week rotation roster with shifts Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm.
