We're looking for an experienced leader to manage our end-to-end operations across allied health, NDIS, and aged care services.

About the Role

This is a senior role that requires a clinical background and experience in managing day-to-day service delivery and operations. The successful candidate will lead our team in ensuring responsive, compliant, and scalable service delivery.

  • Own and coordinate end-to-end operations across all services
  • Lead client activity coordination to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Recruit, onboard, and engage providers across multiple disciplines
  • Forecast provider and client needs to support growth
  • Be the primary contact for service providers and ensure strong relationships
  • Monitor and drive performance against KPIs (revenue, retention, satisfaction)
  • Develop and submit provider payment schedules for approval and processing
  • Ensure service delivery meets NDIS and clinical quality standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A clinical background in allied health, disability, or aged care
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or operational management role
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Experience working in a start-up, tech-enabled business is a bonus
