Senior Operations Manager Allied Health NDIS Aged Care

We're looking for an experienced leader to manage our end-to-end operations across allied health, NDIS, and aged care services.
About the RoleThis is a senior role that requires a clinical background and experience in managing day-to-day service delivery and operations. The successful candidate will lead our team in ensuring responsive, compliant, and scalable service delivery.
- Own and coordinate end-to-end operations across all services
- Lead client activity coordination to ensure an exceptional experience
- Recruit, onboard, and engage providers across multiple disciplines
- Forecast provider and client needs to support growth
- Be the primary contact for service providers and ensure strong relationships
- Monitor and drive performance against KPIs (revenue, retention, satisfaction)
- Develop and submit provider payment schedules for approval and processing
- Ensure service delivery meets NDIS and clinical quality standards
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A clinical background in allied health, disability, or aged care
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or operational management role
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
- Experience working in a start-up, tech-enabled business is a bonus
