About the Role
  • Lead day-to-day service delivery and operations of our organisation
  • Oversight and coordination of end-to-end operations across all services
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of providers across multiple disciplines
  • Monitoring and driving performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, retention, and satisfaction
Requirements
  • A clinical background is essential, including allied health, disability, or aged care experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or operational management role
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and problem-solving skills are required

Key Qualifications: A postgraduate degree in a related field may be advantageous.
