Job Title:

Design Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor high-performing design teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Drive the delivery of innovative, compliant, and cost-effective design solutions across multiple high-voltage D&C bids and projects.
  • Manage design resources and performance to ensure alignment with business plans, budgets, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop compelling technical proposals and tender designs to support winning bids.
  • Collaborate with procurement and estimating teams to prepare tailored work packages and evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers.
  • Champion safety in design and risk management, participating in HAZOP, HAZID, and SID workshops to ensure robust, compliant outcomes.
  • Maintain rigorous design governance, ensuring adherence to systems, standards, and client requirements.
