Customer Service Representative

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of this role. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for fostering positive relationships with customers, supporting new and expectant parents, and providing personalized product recommendations.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored assistance and product suggestions.
  • Provide product demonstrations to ensure customers make informed choices about our products.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organized.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have prior customer service experience, a flexible attitude, and high standards in customer service and store presentation, we'd like to hear from you.
