Roster – Rotating

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
• Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.
• Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

About You

You're a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Bring To The Team

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Recruitment Process

• Assessment Centre – Successful applicants will be invited to attend an assessment centre on dates to be confirmed.

• Offer & Contract – Once checks are complete and satisfactory, we'll issue your employment contract.
• Start Date – Employment to commence 3-4 weeks before the grand opening.
• Grand Opening – The store officially opens on 13 December 2025.

• If you have leave planned during the seasonal period (including public holidays), please let us know. If your roster includes a public holiday, you will be required to work on that day.
• All successful applicants will need to undergo a Right to Work check.
• National Police Criminal History Check will be required due to the intimate and personal nature of our work.
