Leading the way in stormwater design, our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet professional engineering standards.

This is a key role within our Asset Design team, responsible for coordinating and preparing technical stormwater engineering policy documents, research, and strategic plans. The successful candidate will also provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years post-qualification experience in the survey, investigation, and design of stormwater management infrastructure and cost estimates. They will also hold a Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineers Australia Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) qualification, and National Engineering Registration (NER).

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality stormwater designs
  • Coordinate and prepare technical policy documents, research, and strategic plans
  • Provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage financial budgets and forecasting
  • Collaborate with developers to coordinate stormwater management designs with road infrastructure
