About the Role

The Aboriginal Practice Manager – Social Emotional Wellbeing provides high-level leadership and management of the Aboriginal staff within the Congress Social and Emotional Wellbeing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of culturally responsive services and programs
  • Succession planning, service coordination, and budgetary reviews
  • Staff recruitment, service performance reviews, and report writing
  • Providing support to Aboriginal staff members

This position is part of the Congress Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Service, which embeds three streams of care: medical, therapeutic, and cultural and social support. The SEWB team has access to a network of peer support, including clinical supervision.
