Based in our Cannington location, you will focus on customer growth activities:
- Providing personalized recommendations for suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits for easy decision-making.
- Developing relationships with businesses and communities to promote our brand and products, acquiring new members.
- Taking a 'customer-first' approach:
- Assisting existing members in their day-to-day transactions.
- Ensuring customers understand the full value of their health insurance product.
- Providing solutions to identified concerns or needs.
- Educating members on all accessible benefits.
**This is a Full-Time Permanent Position, Working 38 Hours per Week, Including Some Saturdays on a Rotating Roster.

**Important Information:**
When you join our retail team, your first 4-6 weeks are dedicated to full-time training (business hours).
