Healthcare Improvement Specialist

Improving children's healthcare requires a collaborative approach that brings together diverse stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced researcher to lead this effort and drive meaningful change.
About the RoleThis position will involve designing and executing studies to gain a deeper understanding of healthcare consumers and clinicians. The successful candidate will work closely with expert advisory groups and primary healthcare networks to ensure effective implementation of research findings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a series of studies focused on the healthcare consumer and clinician context
- Collaborate with Implementation Scientists to integrate an understanding of the implementation context
- Work with Health Economists to ensure comprehensive coverage of costs and benefits associated with program implementation
We are looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher or Research Fellow with excellent mixed-methods research skills, experience in qualitative data collection and analysis, and a strong publication record. Joining our dynamic team based at Macquarie University, you will contribute to a range of projects aimed at improving health outcomes for Australian children.
