Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and address client queries on a daily basis, providing exceptional service to our clients in the financial services industry.
  • Participate in site visits and regulatory meetings to support industry projects and initiatives.
  • Perform and review regular client money reconciliations for futures and exchange traded options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Respond to audit requests and facilitate client audit requests to the correct internal audit teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and risk reduction, while strengthening controls.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement centered on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to firm-wide projects and initiatives, driving results and growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in client services within the financial sector.
  • Strong numerical skills and knowledge of financial products.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to enhance processes, reduce risks, or increase customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and EUAs.
  • Motivated and driven, with a strong team-oriented approach.
