Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store presentation standards, and leading the sales team to achieve financial targets.

About the Role:
  • Maintain high levels of store appearance and ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are met.
  • Create extraordinary customer experiences by building strong relationships, providing excellent product knowledge, and ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Lead and coach the sales team, focusing on growth, development, and performance improvement.
  • Drive business through effective sales strategies, maximize sales revenue, and achieve set targets.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Sales Supervisor, you will need:

  • Certificates or diploma holders in any discipline (business or fashion related is an advantage).
  • At least 3 years' experience in a team leadership role within a luxury retail operations or service-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proven track record in managing high-morale teams.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Polished and professional with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a similar environment and proficiency in relevant software applications are preferred.
