Seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Gold Coast, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage and develop a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of store presentation and driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
Requirements:- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals, and takes retail seriously.
