Collaboration Expert

This role is part of our ongoing initiative to create a seamless and efficient work environment.

The Collaboration Expert will play a key role in shaping the future of our collaboration tools. You will be responsible for designing and implementing configurations that enable teams to plan, collaborate, and deliver with clarity, confidence, and speed.

You will have a strong understanding of setting up sensible permission models and configurations, as well as providing tier-2/3 support, delivering hands-on coaching, and troubleshooting issues when they arise.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to confidently translate technical detail into clear guidance for diverse audiences, and have a knack for building effective working relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values innovation and flexibility. As a Collaboration Expert, you will have the freedom to shape how we work and contribute effectively to your team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement collaboration tool configurations that meet the needs of multiple teams.
  • Provide expert-level support for users, including training, coaching, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to support user self-service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve collaboration tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administering Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center, Miro, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of permission models and configuration settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
