Enterprise Relationship Manager

This role involves managing large enterprise customers, fostering strong business relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in sales, lead generation, relationship building and closing deals.

  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the merchant services industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships through high-level customer agreements with C-suite executives.
  • Expert knowledge of the merchant industry and digital payments landscape.

Frequent travel is a requirement for this role. The successful candidate will work closely with product, legal, operations and ANZ teams.

Key responsibilities include generating quality new revenue across the large enterprise space, developing expertise and awareness of key economic trends impacting the industry and sharing insights across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong negotiating skills and a proven track record of success.
