**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to lead our fitness operations. As a Studio Manager & Senior Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, leading a team of coaches, and delivering high-quality training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of strength training principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and support our members.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment
  • Lead coach rosters, timetables, and use of shared spaces
  • Support team development, onboarding, and accountability
  • Assist with member experience systems
  • Collaborate on events and internal education

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness (Diploma or higher valued)
  • 3+ years of coaching experience, ideally with women
  • Prior leadership, operational, or people management experience
  • Solid understanding of female physiology and training adaptations
