We are currently seeking a highly skilled Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service and operational targets.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and coaching skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be a store manager with full accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

You will have total autonomy to develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
  • Develop and implement a business plan to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity
  • Cultivate and maintain extensive informal networks to identify business opportunities and partnerships
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty
