We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic management staff to join our team and lead the day-to-day operations of our new venue, Slipstream Brewing Social House, located in Birtinya.

About You:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • A passionate leader with the ability to train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Experience in opening/closing, back of house administration & recruitment
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
  • Attention to detail and a strong understanding of what 'BEST' looks like
  • Ability to work both floor and bar
  • Ability to oversee functions and events on both a large and small scale
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in hospitality
  • RSA a must
  • RMLV an advantage for the Assistant Venue Manager role
  • Available and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • 40 hour per week roster for Full Time staff

Established in 2017, we produce some of the most accessible and sessionable craft beer available.

Inspired by beers discovered from visits to the US, we make the hops the heroes and our beers hit the bullseye, brewed with nothing but pure flavour in mind.

In February 2024, we were honoured with the trophy for Queensland's Best Brewery at the Royal Queensland Beer Awards.

Alongside our brewery, we run a bustling bar and kitchen in Brisbane with a capacity of 300.
