The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in hospitality management within a similar environment, demonstrating outstanding customer service and professional presentation skills.

Key qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager capacity
- Strong background in managing a gaming venue
- Proficient in understanding and utilizing venue reporting and operational systems
- Active presence during peak service times, including evenings and weekends
- Capable of conducting stock takes and addressing stock discrepancies
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory levels in beverage and food departments
- Experience in training, managing performance, and motivating team members
- Possession of RLMV and Approved Managers License
- CLO certification is a plus
