About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and scheduling processes to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and investigate stock loss to minimize financial impact.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in venue management, preferably in a food and beverage-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
