Immerse Yourself in End-to-End Innovation

This global organisation has a commitment to innovation across all touchpoints. They engage customers in accelerator programmes, bringing together senior stakeholders from product, architecture, marketing and finance to deeply explore problems and develop digital solutions - working prototypes.

The role combines workshops with prep time and recovery periods, offering opportunities for accelerated learning and collaboration with world-class designers on various design projects.

We're looking for someone who is deeply curious, able to work closely with customers to understand their goals and motivations. This involves researching problems, identifying competitors, existing solutions and the drivers behind user behaviour, as well as aligning with organisational strategy.

Then, over a couple of days, you'll rapidly prototype beautiful and innovative solutions with a small team of designers and developers.

This is not a role for an ad agency, digital agency or marketing company. It's a world leader with a household name globally.

We require strong skills in both UI and UX, including proficiency in Sketch, Adobe, Zeplin, Figma and Invision.
