  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations.
  • Forecast and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Develop and oversee budgets and forecasts.
  • Optimize financial systems, processes, and automations for efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach team members in finance skills and knowledge.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial engine. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support scalable growth.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CA/CPA preferred. 5+ years experience in finance roles within SMEs, scale-ups or business services. Proven ability to manage small finance teams, strong technical expertise in payroll, compliance, tax, and reporting, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling capability.
