Design Leader for Robotics and Data Analytics

This is an opportunity to drive the design and user experience for our Robotics, mapping, and data analytics solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and impactful experiences for our users.

Our company seeks a passionate and experienced Design Leader to join our team and help build the future with our next-generation products.

  • Lead Design Strategy and Execution: Own the end-to-end design process from concept to detailed implementation, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across our robotics and data analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centred, intuitive designs that simplify complex interactions.
  • Drive User-Centric Research: Conduct research and workshops to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, and incorporate these findings into data-driven design decisions.
  • Mentor and Inspire the Team: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality craftsmanship within the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in UX/product design, particularly for complex or enterprise-level software.
  • Familiarity with Figma and product analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems.
