About the RoleThis is an opportunity to serve as a key contact for customers, driving business growth and satisfaction through strategic guidance and solutions.
- Support customers in navigating their business journey with our solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and value realization.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key customer milestones throughout the customer lifecycle, from deal signature through system provisioning, monitoring implementation progress, and business case achievement.
Key Focus Areas- SAP Finance & Spend Management: Knowledge in accounting, procurement, and supplier management.
- SAP SuccessFactors (Human Capital Management): Knowledge in core HR and payroll, talent management, employee experience management.
- SAP Supply Chain Management: Knowledge in Supply Chain, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Product and Project lifecycle management.
- SAP Customer Experience: Knowledge of e-commerce, sales, customer service, and marketing processes.
- SAP Business Transformation Management: Knowledge in Business Process Management/Business Process Automation applications.
- SAP Business Technology Platform & SAP Business Data Cloud: Knowledge in database and data management, analytics, application development and integration, intelligent technologies, and AI.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation.
- Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long-term value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency in English to engage with our global network.
