Mixer Machine Operator

This job is for a Mixer who will work in the Manufacturing Department. The person selected for this role will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to mix and blend ingredients.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Read and execute recipes/batch cards.
  • Measure, batch, and weigh ingredients/chemicals.
  • Use mechanical lifting aids and other machinery.
  • Operate dollies and walker stackers.
  • Clean the work area.
  • Conduct quality checks.
  • Drive a forklift.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Sound verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team.
  • Mixing/blending experience or similar.
  • Ability to work with chemicals safely.
  • A keen eye with attention to detail.
  • Strong adherence to workplace quality, health & safety.
  • Physically fit to push, pull, and lift heavy items 20kg.
