About the Role

We are seeking a Visualisation Specialist to join our innovative team. As a key member, you will be responsible for producing high-quality construction animations that support major bid submissions and strategic presentations.

  1. You will lead the creation of high-resolution construction animations using Blender and equivalent software.
  2. Developing animation strategies aligned with project goals will be crucial in winning work through compelling visuals.
  3. You will collaborate with planners, engineers, and bid teams to visualise construction sequencing and logistics.
  4. You will establish governance frameworks and best practices for animation workflows.
  5. Mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in animation techniques will be essential.
About You

To be successful, you will have strong leadership skills and advanced proficiency in animation tools; Blender is preferred but not essential. A minimum of 5 years' experience in 3D animation, with at least 3 years in construction or VDC environments, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is also necessary. Certifications in VDC, BIM, or animation software are highly desirable.
