Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network traffic, diagnose issues, and install security measures to maintain network performance and security.
  • Analyze and monitor network performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously scan network traffic for suspicious activity and potential threats.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses in the network infrastructure.
  • Provide network support and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Configure hardware and software to optimize network communication.
  • Setup VPNs, LAN, VLAN, and WAN networks, as well as Voice Over IP and VTC devices.
  • Manage IP addresses and resolve conflicts.
  • Monitor and maintain network servers, performing upgrades and ensuring network security.
  • Document processes and monitor network performance metrics.
  • Consult with internal departments and train IT support staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in network technologies and solutions.
