Job Opportunity
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality services to individuals with mental health challenges. Our clients require support with daily living activities, community access, and recreational pursuits.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for supporting people with disability and/or mental illness. They will have professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability and hold a minimum of Cert III in Mental Health/Disability/Community Services/Individual Support/Nursing or higher.
This role may involve personal care, assistance with community access and recreational activities, behavioural and mental health support, light domestic duties, manual handling, and transportation. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and friendly team environment that prioritises learning and development opportunities.
About You
- A passion for supporting people to reach their goals
- Compassion for people with disability and/or mental illness
- Professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability
- A minimum of Cert III in Mental Health/Disability/Community Services/Individual Support/Nursing or higher
The Role
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Behavioural and mental health support
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists
- Transportation and social engagement

- Working with Children Check - Employee
- Valid Australian Driver licence with reliable transport
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
