Senior Health Informatics Specialist

The Clinical Change Manager position involves leading strategic initiatives to support the adoption of a Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) across NSW Health.
This role requires engaging with stakeholders, building capabilities, and developing targeted change management strategies to optimize clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and embed sustainable adoption of SDPR.
