About The RoleThis district-wide position will require working at multiple sites. The Pharmacy System Manager leads the optimisation and advancement of pharmacy informatics systems across SLHD, including the dispensing application, automation technologies, and integration with the electronic medication management system. You will collaborate with pharmacy, ICT, eHealth, and vendors; contribute to strategic planning; and shape the future of pharmacy informatics within the District. CRGH is the established home site with an allocated workstation.

Ideal CandidateStrong candidate profile includes:
- Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA (no restrictions) and extensive experience in a hospital pharmacy environment with knowledge of health structure and processes.
- Experience with pharmacy informatics systems (including i.Pharmacy Software package and Crystal reports development) and a solid understanding of pharmacy information requirements or ability to develop these skills.
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines.
- Lead optimisation and advancement of pharmacy informatics systems across the District.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, ICT, eHealth, and vendors to implement new technologies and electronic systems.
- Contribute to strategic planning and drive workflow efficiencies and medication safety improvements.
