The Role

In this Senior Manager position for Group Risk Advisory and Assurance, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and compliance matters. Your focus will be on ensuring that AP+'s risk management framework is effective, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

You will review and challenge our Business Risk (Line 1) team, working closely with the Policy & Compliance Team in Group Risk. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
  • Proven expertise in providing strategic risk management and compliance advice.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting complex data and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring staff.

This senior management role offers a competitive salary of $AUD 160,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
