We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our campervan depot.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and maintain our campervans in excellent condition
  • Monitor maintenance needs and perform necessary repairs
  • Register guests, track stock levels, and process payments
  • Address customer complaints and resolve emergency situations

Requirements:
  • A passion for travel and direct customer contact
  • Fluency in English (essential)
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive a campervan
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
  • A responsible attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
