The role involves analysing sales trends and customer demand to forecast product performance. You will develop seasonal and annual merchandise plans by category, brand, and location.

  • Partner with marketing teams to support launches and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews of core, seasonal, and exclusive collections.
  • Ensure optimal stock availability across channels (retail and e-commerce).
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis and market trends.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail experience in merchandise planning.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and retail sales strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commercial awareness and passion for retail trends.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaborate with a team.
