About This Opportunity

You will collaborate with the Category Manager to develop and execute product strategies, compile key account information, manage sample logistics, and coordinate range preparations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and effective communication abilities to liaise with suppliers and customers, including major retailers.

About The Role

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Compile linelists, retailer buy sheets, and merchandise plans for customer presentations
  • Populate SAP upload sheets with style attributes, pricing, and sizing information
  • Liaise with external customers, shipping teams, and provide updates on cancellations, changes, and deliveries
  • Manage incoming samples for all markets
  • Prepare sample ranges for market showings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in product planning or buying roles within wholesale environments, preferably with international brands
  • Prior experience working with offshore suppliers
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
