The Trade Desk plays a pivotal role in overseeing the real-time production trading environment, ensuring seamless operations and efficient problem-solving.
This role demands profound technical expertise and operational knowledge across all areas of the trading platform. You will proactively monitor large-scale trading systems, build and maintain toolkits, leverage firm-wide metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and reliability.
- Own and continuously improve the production environment for optimal operability, performance, and reliability
- Proactively identify and resolve large-scale trading system issues and exchange connectivity problems
- Develop and maintain toolkits for the production trading system
- Analyze firm-wide metrics to enhance scalability and system performance
You will work closely with Risk Management and Operational Trading Support teams, interact directly with traders, and provide mentorship and training to other SREs to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
