We are seeking an experienced backend engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance trading systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C++ or Rust, with expertise in system-level concepts such as memory management, CPU architecture, and multithreading.
Responsibilities include designing and developing high-performance components, optimizing system internals, and conducting kernel-level tuning and real-time system profiling.
The successful candidate will also be proficient in advanced profiling tools, able to analyze and improve performance, and have experience with network-level optimizations.
Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance profiling, as well as prior experience building or maintaining high-frequency trading systems.
Requirements- Proficiency in C++ or Rust is mandatory, with over 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Deep understanding of system-level concepts such as: Memory management, CPU architecture and cache behavior, Lock-free programming, memory barriers, and multithreading and concurrency
- Experience with network-level optimizations, including TCP tuning and kernel bypass
- Proven experience optimizing for low-latency and high-throughput environments
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and performance profiling
- Prior experience building or maintaining high-frequency trading systems
