Job Title: Visual Storyteller

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced photographer to create high-quality images that meet our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually stunning assets for digital and static media, both large and small format.
  • Capture high-quality images that meet the briefs and reflect our brand identity.
  • Edit and enhance images to ensure they meet our visual standards.
  • Utilize industry-standard software and techniques to refine images and prepare them for campaigns and other applications.
  • Conduct research on the industry and competitors to ensure images stand out and reflect current trends.
Requirements:
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in commercial photography, especially in delivering client-specific images under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with shooting in outdoor environments, including managing lighting conditions and weather challenges.
  • Understanding of OOH media standards, including Pro Pics and Proof of Posting requirements, is advantageous.
  • Comfortable driving long distances within Melbourne and interstate as required; familiarity with Melbourne's geography is beneficial.
  • Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a variety of photographic styles and post-production skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and advanced Photoshop techniques (e.g., color grading, masking, and compositing).
  • Familiarity with professional-grade cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment; ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Understanding of different file formats and their application in digital media and print.
