We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented social media specialist to support our marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling and content creation in the hospitality industry.

  • Create engaging social media content (images, videos, graphics) across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and schedule content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and help manage responses and messages.
  • Analyse social media trends to maximise engagement and visibility.

  • Assist in creating visually compelling and engaging social media posts.
  • Write and schedule content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and help manage responses and messages.
  • Analyse social media trends to maximise engagement and visibility.
Content Support
  • Support the development of content highlighting property offerings, showcasing events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for content strategy and campaigns.
  • Help track and report on content performance across social media platforms.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with coordinating communication and content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of how to engage with online communities.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in creating content that showcases unique experiences offered by our properties.
  • Detail-oriented, with a creative mindset and strong organisational skills.
