Lead Civil Design and Engineering Role:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil/Structural Designer to lead design teams and ensure high-quality designs meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing discipline design standards, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading design teams and ensuring high-quality designs meet client needs.
  • Developing and implementing discipline design standards and procedures.
  • Mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on complex design issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 8 years in a designer role in civil/structural discipline.
  • A technical associate's degree or equivalent in education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated capability of performing full-range discipline design and analysis.
  • Proven ability to work independently with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
